Yali (Lily) Xiao, RMT Lily is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from a massage therapy program in Ontario. She has hands-on clinical experience treating clients with muscle tension, joint stiffness and everyday work-related discomfort.
She focuses on relaxation, pain relief and soft-tissue release. She listens carefully to each client’s goals and adjusts treatments accordingly. Lily is patient-centered and enjoys helping clients improve their physical well-being.
