Booking Appointments at Kaizen

Booking Disclaimer: Please note, when requesting appointments your request may be accepted with a slight variation in timing. Please ensure that you choose a time where you are flexible to arrive up to 30 minutes before or after your requested time. While we will always do our best to accommodate all requests, the start time of your appointment may vary depending on the the therapists schedule. You will be informed of this change through email and/or text at the time of approval – please ensure you thoroughly read the message to stay up to date. 


Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of service. Cancellation fees must be paid before or during the next scheduled appointment. A credit card may be required for any future appointments to ensure adequate notice of cancellation for future appointments at Kaizen Health Group. Kaizen Health Group reserves the right to determine which of the following conditions listed above may be applicable. Please note, all texts and email reminders are a courtesy notice only. To cancel an appointment, you must call, email or cancel online through your Mindbody account. Not confirming through text or email will not cancel your appointment.
