I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong clinical focus on rehabilitation and functional recovery. I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage to support post-surgical recovery, reduce edema, and improve circulation, as well as Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to restore joint mobility, improve range of motion, and enhance neuromuscular function. I customize every treatment based on a thorough assessment of muscles, joints, and movement patterns. In addition to Lymphatic Drainage and FST, I incorporate evidence- informed techniques, including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and therapeutic stretching, to address conditions such as frozen shoulder, low back pain, sciatica, postural imbalances, and chronic tension patterns. My goal is to help clients improve long-term mobility, prevent injuries, and return to their daily activities or athletic performance with greater function and reduced discomfort.
