“As a proud member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, Veronica provides massage therapy through two focused approaches. Her Focused Therapeutic Massage targets pain, muscle tension, and mobility using techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations to support recovery and functional movement. She also offers Restorative Massage, a gentler, relaxation-based treatment rooted in Swedish techniques to ease stress, reduce overall tension, and support whole-body balance. Veronica also integrates Indian Head Massage, a calming treatment that helps relieve tension in the scalp, jaw, neck, and shoulders while promoting relaxation. Her approach is grounded in trust, intention, and nervous system support—helping the body restore its natural rhythm one session at a time. Outside of the clinic, Veronica enjoys drinking coffee, gardening, walking, dancing, and practicing yoga.”
