Stephanie is a registered massage therapist in good standing with theCMTO. She graduated from Pharma-medical Science College of Canada.She has an esthetician background and previous experiences in bodymassage. After additional 2-3 years full time studying in Canada, she had abetter understanding of human anatomy and mastered a variety ofadvanced therapeutic massage techniques. Her passion for helping othersachieve optimal wellness and keen understanding of the human body makeher an expert therapist.She has experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic where she gainedexperiences working with a wide variety of conditions and collaborating withother professionals. She also has experience working at a baby Spa whereshe offers pediatric massage.Her treatment approach is about client centered care and providingpersonalized care to each client. Her goals are to promote positive changesin each client’s health and well-being, and to educate them to becomemore aware of their body through home care exercise. Her skills combineeastern and western techniques, including myofascial release, trigger pointtherapy, deep tissue release, Swedish, active stretching, Tiuna ,cupping etc.Stephanie enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills.
