Rita is a registered massage therapist since Jan 2014. she is able to integrate with client’s objectives and concerns with thorough assessment and individualized treatment plan recommendations to provide pain relief, decreased muscle tension and assist clients to activate their own body’s ability to heal itself. She integrates techniques from traditional Swedish to trigger point therapy, joint mobilization and myofascial release, deep tissue to provide pain relief and promote improved health and wellness.
